This notice applies to personal data submitted through the Origo Films project form under Turkish data-protection law.

Data categories
Identity and contact details; company and project information; service, location, target date, intended use, budget, reference and description; consent version/time; landing page, referrer and UTM information may be processed.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to receive the request, assess project fit and scope, communicate and conduct pre-contractual steps. The legal grounds are your request, necessity for steps directly related to establishing a contract, legitimate interests and, where required, explicit consent.
Transfers
Data passes through Vercel for hosting and security and is transferred to Ümit Atan’s existing lead-management infrastructure. It is not sold to third-party advertising lists. Any use of infrastructure outside Türkiye is assessed under provider terms and applicable KVKK requirements.
Collection and retention
Data is collected automatically through the web form. Unconverted enquiries are kept for no more than 12 months unless an ongoing legal or contractual need applies. Marketing permission, when given, is managed separately until withdrawn or no longer necessary.
Rights under Article 11
You may ask whether data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, ask that these actions be notified to recipients, object to an automated result and request compensation for unlawful processing through the contact details above.
