Privacy policy
This notice describes the actual data-processing behaviour of the Origo Films website as of 18 July 2026.

Data collected
The project form collects name, company, phone, email, service, location, target date, intended use, budget range, reference link, preferred contact and project description. Landing page, referrer and UTM campaign fields may be stored to understand the source of an enquiry.
Purpose
Data is used to assess the request, clarify scope, communicate, manage an estimate, reduce spam and duplicates, and meet legal obligations. Marketing permission is separate from processing a project request and is off by default.
Storage and processors
After validation on the Origo server, form submissions are transferred by a secure server request to Ümit Atan’s existing lead-management infrastructure. If storage or notification cannot be confirmed, the form does not show a success message. Vercel provides hosting and network infrastructure.
Retention and security
Unconverted enquiries are kept for no longer than 12 months unless an ongoing legal or contractual need applies; spam may be removed sooner. The form uses server validation, a honeypot, completion-time checks and short-window rate limiting. Personal data is not placed in analytics events.
Your requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent through the email above. Identity checks are used only to the extent necessary to complete the request safely.
